Every message is read by a person and answered at your account e-mail. Write in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
The form is inside the app and asks you to sign in: the reply goes to your account e-mail.
What it is for
Write about:
- A question about one of the games or about your account.
- A bug: something that froze, did not open or came out crooked on screen.
- A request about your data: a copy, a correction or deletion.
- A suggestion, a criticism or classroom use.
Why it asks for an account
The form shows up once you are signed in. The reply goes to your account e-mail, and our address stays out of reach of spam robots.
Without an account the games stay open; an account is asked for here and from the fourth level of the tracks on.
About the reply
The reply is not automatic. A person reads and answers, at your account e-mail, in between other things, so it may take a while.
If it is a bug on screen, it helps a lot to say which device, which browser and what you were doing at the time.

To delete your account you do not need to write at all: the button is in the account menu, inside the app.
