Without an account
You can play without an account. Your progress stays only in your browser and is gone if you clear the site's data.
With an account
An account is optional: it lets your progress follow you across devices and unlocks the tracks from level 4 on. We store your e-mail, name, language, your best result on each level, the songs you choose to sync and the messages you send through the contact form. Your password is stored in a way that not even we can read. If you join a group (a school or class) or ask for one to be created, we also store that link. A group's page is public and shows the group ranking with the names of its members, and the overall ranking shows each person's group (anyone who turns off “Appear on the ranking” is left out of both); e-mails never appear. Whoever runs the group and the site administration can also see each member's progress. If you build an exercise trail, its name, your name and your school (if any) are visible to anyone with the link.
Game diary
With an account, we also keep a diary of your rounds (level, time and accuracy) to show your progress. To turn it off: account menu, “Game diary”. Anything not yet uploaded is deleted right away.
Ranking
If you play signed in, you appear on the public ranking with your name, photo and level. Your e-mail never appears. To leave it, turn off “Appear on the Ranking” in “My account”.
Visits and outside services
We count visits and rounds on our own server, without names or e-mails. Like any website, the server records the IP address and browser of each request. There are no ads, no Google Analytics and no social media pixels. Signing in with Google is optional: from Google we receive only your e-mail, name and photo. Fonts come from Google Fonts. A group's description is translated by an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic), which receives only that text.
Cookies
Only the ones needed to keep you signed in and protect the forms. None for advertising or measurement.
Deleting and contacting us
“Delete account”, in the account menu, immediately deletes your registration, results, songs, diary and messages. Backup copies are gone within 90 days. To ask for a copy or a correction of your data, use the contact form. This policy applies to aulademusica.com.br, absolutepitchclass.com and oidoabsolutoclass.com.
